My favorite Italian restaurant. I like the food, the service, the prices and the setting. My favorite order for dinner is their trio which allows you to order three different parms on one plate. For lunch I love their soup and sandwhich specials. The soups are especially good. Everything I've had is great.
Friendly Greeting to their cozy Dining space . Than the homemade Bread . Lasagne like my mom used to make in a portion fit for my Dad . Every thing was so Delicious as it is time and time again . Love this little family run Italian restaurant
Ate dinner there last night for the 2nd time and love it. The mussels in white wine and garlic sauce with their fresh baked Italian bread are amazing and a very generous portion! Then my daughter and I shared a personal size margarita pizza and caesar salad also amazing! All the portions are very generous so we had leftovers to take home. Dessert was crème brûlée and one of the best I've ever had. 5+ stars for food. Nice little outdoor patio for eatin. Unfortunately no photos because we ate everything so fast we didn't think of it.
Wide selection of Italian dishes, some classic and some unique. Seasoning can vary from a bit bland to a bit salty. Excellent bread (home baked?). A solid choice for a good meal. Very prompt service for take-out.
This review is based on two visits over the last 30 days. First, I went here for lunch with a friend. I ordered a special, and they were kind enough to make it gluten-free for me. I'm sensitive to gluten, and this restaurant is great for those like me because they show you right on the menu which items are gluten free and which can be made that way. Furthermore, there are plenty of options in that area. Of course, if you don't care about gluten, there's plenty more. Recently, my wife and I dined out with another couple. We're both sensitive to gluten. She had the salmon, which she said was very good. I had a steak with gorgonzola and finished off with balsamic vinegar. Many times, when you get a steak in a non-steak restaurant, it comes out tough, but this one was tender and juicy. I got roasted potatoes as a side, while my wife got broccoli. We also both got house salads, which only add $1 per person to the meal. Our companions also enjoyed their meals, ravioli and shrimp parmesan respectively. For dessert, my wife and I shared spumoni tartufo. The gelato was delicious, as was the chocolate shell. The owner dropped by to say hello and to see how everything was. She did likewise when I went for lunch. This is an undervalued thing. It's important to know how your patrons feel about their food and service. Speaking of the latter, our waitress was professional and courteous. Whether you need to watch your gluten or not, Little Sorrento is a fine place to visit for lunch or dinner. There's ample parking in the strip mall lot, and they also had outdoor seating. I should mention that if you order something gluten free that is ordinarily breaded, such as chicken parmesan, you'll receive the dish unbreaded. That's what I had for lunch, and it was quite good. However, if you think you would miss the breading, be aware and choose something like salmon or steak. Some restaurants do have gluten free bread crumbs. Little Sorrento does not. This is not a negative, but it is something you should know.
i'm so mad at myself that I didn't take any pictures of my pasta and my boyfriend's pasta, but I love this place. One of my good friends put me on and it's close bymy grandma's house, it's my favorite go to comfort pasta! I always get the burrata ravioli, which is so delicious and filling in the best way!! My boyfriend got the penne allá vodka with shrimp and he said it was a 10/10, the shrimp were so big and juicy. Clearly we love pasta. they always give you this ginormous loaf of free bread and it is the best bread on this planet lol the service is always great, I always do takeout personally because I want to eat this pasta in the comfort of my room in front of the TV. It's very family style vibes in there, love it.
The remodel the place looks great, and they actually have a full bar now. Victoria she's a speed speed Demon always comes back to the table and ask if we need anything else. The food is always awesome and always great so there's no problem now. But if you are used to that big old ground bread that used to be the rave for some reason it changed it, but it changed. It doesn't taste the way it used to.
Food was delicious, as usual! Wait staff was very attentive and set up a birthday dessert surprise for my friend. We aways enjoy eating at Little Sorrento's! I highly recommend them.
Lived in the area for a long time and finally came! Amazing lunch ! Fresh bread great salad and delicious mains eggplant rollattini for her and pacceri al salmon for me!! Coming back again! Great service and clean bathrooms too!
I stopped by here for an impromptu lunch with a friend that lasted for HOURS and honestly, it was such a nice experience. We both ordered salads - mine was Italian and it was one of the best salads I've had in a while. The fresh bread and pitcher of sangria helped, too. We were there for like four hours and the staff was super kind. They didn't try to rush us out. It was a cute little restaurant. I would gladly return for lunch another day.
